What are your house rules?
Here are our guidelines to help ensure you and others enjoy the best possible experience when visiting Hair at Ridley Park:
- In consideration for other guests we kindly request that all phones, iPads and other electronic devices be kept on silent mode.
- All new guests must have an initial style consultation and allergy test before they are able to book a colour service.
- We respectfully ask that you arrive promptly for your appointment to avoid changes/rescheduling/shortening of your service.
- Friends, relatives and children are always welcome to our salon but kindly note only limited seating may be available.
Do you offer consultations?
We offer a FREE one on one initial style consultation with no obligation to book an appointment. This allows you to get to know our team whilst discussing your cut and colour requirements over a tea or coffee. Our friendly, highly experienced stylists will provide expert advice and guide you through the whole process.
Do I need a colour allergy test if I’ve had colour before?
Your health and wellbeing is our top priority. All our stylists are professionally trained and qualified, and we only use the best professional salon products. However, although it is very rare, people can develop an allergic reaction to hair colour products that can require medical treatment. Regular skin patch tests are a precautionary measure that helps ensure we can safely apply colour to your hair without risk of a reaction.

Do you have parking?
Yes, there are several FREE spaces immediately outside the salon that are reserved for our customers. Alternatively there is ample well lit off-street parking in the immediate vicinity of the salon.
What credit/debit cards do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) except Diners Club. How far in advance do I have to book?
In order to secure your ideal appointment time please be sure to book your appointment 6-8 weeks in advance. Dates can be changed if necessary.
Evenings and weekend appointments are our most popular times and we advise booking at least two appointments in advance to avoid disappointment.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We politely ask that all clients let us know if they can no longer make an appointment as soon as possible.

We need a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations as we may be able to fill that appointment space with a client on our waiting list.
What happens if I’m late for an appointment?
We ask that you arrive promptly for your appointment. Should you arrive late we will do our best to keep your appointment however we may have to shorten or change the appointment to ensure the stylist’s other guests for the day aren’t affected.
What if I don’t like my hair?

If you are unhappy with a new haircut, colour or restyle done by Hair at Ridley Park, please let your Stylist or a member of our team know as soon as possible. We promise we’ll do everything we possibly can to remedy anything you don’t like about your hair, until you are happy with the result.
How can I book an appointment?
Please note during busy times we may be slow answering the phone. We apologise for any inconvenience but please leave a message and we’ll return your call as soon as possible.
